Ready to Grow!

Last week, we were seeing all types of signs that Spring is on it's way.  The sap was running from the maple trees and the chickens were out of their coop.  We saw wooly bear caterpillars, chipmunks and even a couple of robins. Still, my favorite sign of Spring is seed planting time!

Winter Party!

After three weeks of rescheduling due to cold weather, we finally had our winter party last Friday.  It's hard to believe since this week our kids are outside in short sleeves!  

What a difference a week makes!

On Friday morning, everyone excitedly traveled down to the lower burro pasture for the party.  

Our party was complete with outdoor decorations!

We had a nice warm bonfire!

Music from Teacher Sylvia and special class performances!

And yummy hot chocolate and cookies!

A big thank you to all of the staff who helped out to make this a successful event!
